Sam and Zadie Hoff were perfectly happy living out their peaceful little lives on a tree-lined street in Des Moines, Iowa, until tragedy struck in the form of parents who believe that travel is the best education. And so they had to pack their Legos and Jonas Brothers CDs and hit the road. This is their blog, where they’ll report on this year-long family sabbatical from their perspective.
